<正>严重热相关疾病的国际分类包括热痉挛、热衰竭和热射病,已被全球用于评估热相关疾病的严重程度[1]。热射病常用定义为核心温度>40℃、中枢神经系统异常的重度中暑,是一种热应激作用于机体引起的致死性疾病。本文对热射病的诊断、发病机制、相关脏器损伤以及治疗预后等临床研究进展作一综述。1 热射病诊断目前,参考《中国中暑诊断和治疗专家共识》中新推荐的诊断(疑似)标准,确定标准如下:(1)病史信息。
